Billboard #1 producer and former guitarist for David Bowie and Iggy Pop, Stacy Heydon produced Fat Sam's debut, self-titled album. Fat Sam made its U.S. national television debut Dec. 25, 2005 on ESPN, and lead singer Gordon Price appears alongside AC/DC's Brian Johnson in the 2006 movie "Goal."

Radio promotion is being handled by Howard Rosen Productions. The CD is a bi-coastal production recorded in Sonikwire Studios in Orange County, California, Double O Records in Hampton, Virginia and IndiGo Recording in Norfolk, Virginia.

The music on the CD is pure, unadulterated rock 'n' roll and features thick, crunchy guitar licks and driving, powerful bass and drum tracks. The meaning of the lyrics is echoed in the rawness of the vocals, and the songs are based on life experiences we all can relate to.
